In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an active Account on top189, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. top189 strictly enforces an adults-only policy. Registering on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use your Account is a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Residency: You must be accessing top189 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming activity is not expressly prohibited for you personally. top189 principally serves players based in Indonesia; it is your sole responsibility to confirm that your participation is lawful in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be under any legal restriction (court order, self-exclusion order, or otherwise) that prevents you from entering into gaming agreements.
• Single account: You may hold only one (1) registered Account on top189. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice, with balances subject to review and potential forfeiture.
• Personal use: You must register and play for personal entertainment purposes only. Using the platform for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or in connection with any professional gambling syndicate is prohibited.
• Not a top189 employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player Accounts on top189.

When registering a top189 Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all fields of the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or phone number.

You must not use a false identity, use another person's details, or provide any information that is misleading or designed to circumvent top189's eligibility checks. top189 relies on the information you provide during registration to comply with its KYC and anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations; submitting false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

• Username and password: You are responsible for selecting a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. top189 will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel.
• Email / contact verification: top189 may send a verification link or code to the contact details you provide at registration. Your Account may be restricted until verification is complete.
• KYC documents: Before processing your first withdrawal, top189 requires you to complete identity verification by submitting a clear photograph of the front and back of your Indonesian KTP. Additional documents (proof of address, source of funds) may be requested at top189's discretion.
• Account updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any registered details change. Outdated contact information may delay support responses, payment processing, and verification procedures.

top189 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that fails to meet or ceases to meet eligibility requirements at any time.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your top189 Account. top189 will treat any action taken using your login credentials as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified top189 of a security breach via the 24/7 live support channel.

• Do not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person.
• Use a unique password for your top189 Account that is not reused across other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account Security settings — this is strongly recommended but currently optional.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing top189 from a shared or public device.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to top189 support immediately. top189 may temporarily freeze your Account to prevent further loss while an investigation is conducted.

top189 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials. top189 applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform pages and uses real-time login anomaly detection to identify suspicious access patterns.

All deposits to your top189 Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. top189 does not accept third-party payments. Attempting to fund your Account using a payment method that does not belong to you may result in immediate Account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.

• Accepted deposit methods: Local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga), and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Currency: All deposits are received and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied; no foreign currency deposits are accepted.
• Minimum deposit: The current minimum deposit amount is displayed in the top189 cashier at the time of deposit. Minimums may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Processing time: Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Delays caused by banking system outages are outside top189's control; contact support with your transaction reference if a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes.
• Deposit limits: Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Source of funds: By depositing on top189, you confirm that the funds are legitimately obtained and are not derived from any criminal or unlawful activity. top189 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger AML thresholds.

Withdrawals from your top189 Account are subject to the following conditions. You must complete KYC verification (see Clause 3) before your first withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with AML policy.

• Minimum withdrawal: The current minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the top189 cashier. Amounts below the stated minimum will not be processed.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically processed within the same business day for verified members. VIP tier members receive priority processing. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed within a similar timeframe.
• Withdrawal limits: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. Higher limits are available to verified VIP members. Contact support to discuss limits applicable to your Account tier.
• Pending bonus funds: Funds derived from active bonus credits that have not yet met wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal. Only real-money balance and fully cleared bonus winnings (post-wagering) may be withdrawn.
• Verification requests: top189 may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where AML concerns are identified. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in suspension of the withdrawal request.
• Declined withdrawals: top189 reserves the right to decline or reverse a withdrawal if there is evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or an ongoing account investigation. In such cases, top189 will notify the Player and provide a reason where legally permissible.

top189 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to this clause and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any bonus-derived balance becomes available for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements on top189 range from 20x to 40x, depending on the promotion type.
• Game eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games, sportsbook bets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets typically contribute a lower percentage, as specified per promotion. Certain games may be excluded entirely.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period (typically 7–30 days from issue date) within which the wagering requirement must be met. Uncompleted bonuses are forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus stacking: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses cannot be stacked. Only one active bonus may run in a Player's Account at any time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• One bonus per household: Bonus offers are limited to one per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. top189 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns.
• Right to withdraw: top189 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has opted in and wagering is already underway, top189 will honour the promotion on a pro-rata basis where reasonably practicable.

All games available on the top189 platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, sportsbook markets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or market description. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

• RNG certification: All slot and virtual table games offered by top189's third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others) use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel.

• Collusion and cheating: Any form of collusion between players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, or any other unfair means to gain advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balance.

top189 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling on top189 is intended to be entertaining, and all Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to engage with the platform's responsible gaming tools at any time.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month to control exposure. Once a limit is reached, further wagers are declined until the limit period resets.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out of your Account.
• Cooling-off period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) if you feel you need a break. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from top189 by contacting the 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion is irreversible during the chosen exclusion period. Upon self-exclusion, top189 will refund your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on top189. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals, and where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on top189, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical measure to disguise your geographic location or to circumvent top189's access controls.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the top189 platform in any way.
• Exploiting any software error, pricing mistake, or system vulnerability for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal financial activity via the top189 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing top189 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or casino table games.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion measures, by registering a new Account.

All content available on the top189 platform — including but not limited to the top189 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content supplied by third-party providers, text, and data — is the intellectual property of top189 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the top189 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from top189.

Third-party game content (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other providers) is licensed to top189 for delivery to Players and remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. Any use of such content outside the top189 platform environment is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, top189 excludes all liability for:

• Any financial loss arising from participation in games or sportsbook betting on top189, including losses resulting from reliance on promotional materials or expected outcomes.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game caused by technical failure, maintenance, third-party provider issues, or circumstances beyond top189's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, banking system failures, and force majeure events).
• Any loss or corruption of Account data, game history, or transaction records caused by events outside top189's direct operational control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

Where top189's liability cannot be excluded by law, top189's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

top189 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to this Agreement, top189 will notify active Players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate update is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the top189 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your Account and withdraw your remaining balance before the amendment's effective date.

The version of these Terms & Conditions in force at the time of any relevant event or dispute shall govern that event or dispute. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which top189 holds its international gaming licence.

top189 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. While top189 principally serves players based in Indonesia, it is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming participation is lawful in your specific location before registering. top189 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

Any disputes between a Player and top189 that cannot be resolved informally through the customer support channel shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Players and top189 agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before initiating formal proceedings. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.
